About us

Ruth Hallett loves turning ideas into reality. Ruth has over 20 years of project and programme management delivery experience. She trained at KPMG and since then has worked on a vast range of IT and change projects for both commercial and public sector clients, including Virgin Atlantic, Barclays Bank, Marks and Spencers, a number of Local Authorities, The Welsh Assembly, Thames Valley Police and Local and National NHS Organisations.

Ruth quickly builds strong working relationships, empowers teams and develops the skills of those around her. Her First Class degree in Political Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, PRINCE2, MSP and Scrum Master Certification ensures she has a good understanding of theory to support her practice. 

In addition, to running her own consultancy firm since 2003, she has also been a Managing Director of Mountain Bike Clothing Company and a trustee for 2 charities. 

Her proudest achievements are delivering 5 new drug treatment centres in Wales, with significantly improved outcomes for people using the services, producing the business case for the development of a new modern pathology facility in Bristol, with the Genomics team at its heart and rolling out methadone treatment across the Prisons in the South East of England and South Wales.

Ruth enjoys new challenges, working in new environments and successfully delivering change which brings benefits to people’s lives.
